Affiliate Players

Affiliate Players - League Process

Coaches/Team Reps, if your team is short on players there is an affiliation process in place to ensure team viability.
Please contact your DIVISION COORDINATOR for any assistance with this process or to find players.

YOUTH & MEN'S PROGRAM:

Teams are permitted to pull up ANY players from the next division BELOW including goalies.
Teams can have a maximum of 13 runners listed on the game sheet if using affiliates (note: goalies are not runners).
- U9 can have a maximum of 10 runners as they play 4 vs 4 plus goalies.
Goalies - pull from division below if your goalie is injured and/or unavailable.
Record affiliates on game sheets (AP next to player's name) and list any players NOT playing (re: line through their name). If this is NOT followed you risk game forfeiture and points will be awarded to the other team.
Affiliate players are responsible to their own team first.
NO affiliates allowed on PLAYOFF WEEKEND unless approved by Director or President.

WOMEN'S PROGRAM:

Players must be registered with Sherwood Park league to affiliate on any team.
A Division - pull from A or B Pool
B Division - pull from B Pool only
Goalies - pull from A or B Pool
Affiliates may play a maximum of 3 games with each team (excluding goalies).
Women's teams can have a maximum of 12 runners listed on the game sheet if using affilitates (note: goalies are not runners).
Record affiliates on game sheets (AP next to player's name) and list any players NOT playing (re: line through their name). If this is NOT followed you risk game forfeiture and points will be awarded to the other team.
Affiliate players are responsible to their own team first.
Teams forfeiting games will be fined $250.00
NO affiliates allowed on PLAYOFF WEEKEND unless approved by Director or President.

Players must be registered with Sherwood Park league to affiliate on any team otherwise risk being fined $250.00 and forfeiting game.
Teams are permitted to pull up ANY players from the U18 division including goalies.
Record affiliates on game sheets (AP next to player's name) and list any players NOT playing (re: line through their name). If this is NOT followed you risk game forfeiture and points will be awarded to the other team.
Affiliate players are responsible to their own team first.
Teams forfeiting games will be fined $250.00
NO affiliates allowed on PLAYOFF WEEKEND unless approved by Director or President.
