Spring Season - 2024:

• Dates: April - June (excludes May long weekend)
• Ages: 4 years and up

• Co-ed youth programs - Boys & Girls welcome
• Adult programs - teams or individual players welcome (we will aim to find you a team or create one)
• Friend Requests: one reciprocal friend request considered if playing in same division
• Sibling Requests honoured if playing in same division

• U5 - 1 game/weekend - Saturday mornings
• U7-U9 - 2 games/weekend - Saturday & Sunday (possible Friday evening) 
• U11-U18 - 2 games/weekend - Friday evenings, Saturdays or Sundays
• Youth Special Needs - 1 game/weekend - Sunday afternoons (includes practice time)
• Women's - 1 game/weekend - Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evenings
• Men's - 2 games/week - Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evenings

Note: Every effort will be made to adhere to the above days but this may change as it is dependent on registration numbers and we don't want to turn away any players, if possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

• U5 - U7 & Special Needs divisions - each session includes practice time
• U9 - U18 - 1-2 pre-season practices
• U9 - U13 - 1 mid-season practice
• Women's program - 1 pre-season practice (shared)
• Men's program - 1 pre-season practice (shared)

• Full schedule posted on website at end of March (excluding playoff weekend)
• Playoffs - June 14-16, 2024

• U5 - U7, Special Needs & Women's divisions play at Broadmoor Arena (small rink)
• SPBH reserves the right to move players based on age and/or skill level
• Sherwood Park teams play against each other only - no crossover with other associations
• Goalies: equipment is provided by spbh (exception - Men's Division)
