Tournaments
All players welcome to try out for a Provincial Team
- Players must be registered with Sherwood Park Ball Hockey
Youth Provincials 2026:
- Date: June 26 - 29, 2026
- Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Provincial Divisions:
- U9 - 2017, 2018, 2019
- U11 - 2015, 2016
- U13 - 2013, 2014
- U15 - 2011, 2012
- U18 - 2008, 2009, 2010
SPBH Provincial Teams in 2026:
1. Individual Player Tryouts - players will be placed on Provincial Teams based on evaluations at tryouts
- Tryout dates - April 28, May 5, 6, 7 @ Millennium Place
- Note: Tournament Coordinator to determine provincial placement (A or B Pools)
2. Coach Select Teams (new this year)
- Coaches - contact Tournament Coordinator (TC) for approval and next steps
- Coaches responsible to secure players and submit roster to TC
- Rosters - A calibre players
- Coach Select Teams - placed in A Pool
- Practice dates - Coaches to book and pay (contact TC for more info)
Provincial Coaches: Contact Tournament Coordinator if you are wanting to Coach a Provincial Team
Registration - will open April 2026
Note: Each team will determine funding sources (i.e. cash call, fundraising, etc.)
